Blockhorn is a powerful heavy Mech designed to lead pushes and protect teammates. Its ability allows it to absorb damage while advancing toward enemies.
WEAPON CHOICE
To get the best performance, equip Weapons that match its steady movement, such as Continuums, Storm Racks, Railguns, etc. Avoid extremely short-range builds unless you are confident you can close the distance safely, but otherwise choose Weapons with long range and high damage.
PLAYSTYLE & POSITIONING
During battles, avoid rushing into the entire enemy team alone. Going alone is very risky, so move with allies and let Blockhorn's shield block the front while you and your teammates deal extra damage.
Use cover whenever possible to reduce incoming fire and only expose yourself when you are ready to attack. Positioning is more valuable than simply relying on Blockhorn's health.
GAME MODES
- Control Point Clash: Blockhorn performs especially well here because it can hold important capture zones longer than lighter Mechs.
- Team Deathmatch: Stay near your damage dealers and protect them from aggressive enemies.
TIPS
Keep an eye on your surroundings because fast Scout Mechs may try to attack from the sides. Upgrade your Weapons before focusing only on the Mech, since stronger Weapons often increase your effectiveness more than extra durability. Practice timing, map awareness, and teamwork. With smart positioning and patient play, Blockhorn can become one of the most dependable frontline Mechs in Mech Arena.
