Negative balance after receiving resources
The rewards might be added to balance with a slight delay. If you spend resources immediately after receiving rewards, for example, after a video review, you might see that your balance turns negative. It's only a visual issue.
In such cases, please restart the game, and the number of resources will be shown correctly.

Spectator mode issue
Using the first or last Mech in battle isn't possible because it's shown in spectator mode. Usually, restarting the game helps you rejoin the battle.

Currently, the advertiser offers no sponsored videos. If you receive such a pop-up, be sure that the option is not broken, and you will be able to watch more videos after a short period of time.

Control Point Clash may end with a delay
In some cases, Control Point Clash matches do not end immediately after all enemy Mechs are destroyed or a team reaches 100 Influence Points.
Opening x10 Silver Crates may cause a crash or error message
In some cases, the game may crash or display an error message when opening x10 Silver Crates from the Hangar.
Even if this happens, the rewards are still added to the account correctly.
No sound in the game
Some players may have no sound in the game. The issue is specific to ZTE Nubia devices.
Panther's Rank in Gear Hub is incorrect
In Gear Hub, Panther is displayed as Rank 2 instead of Rank 4. This is a visual bug; upon purchasing this Mech with in-game currency, you will see the correct Rank.
Deathwalker's Ability grants Heal Medals
After using the Reanimate Ability in Control Point Clash, a Heal Medal might be granted. At the same time, self-heals are not registered for other Mechs.
Chinese characters cannot be used on PC
Players who use Plarium Play might be unable to use the "Send" button for Chinese characters. Press "Enter" to send a message that contains such symbols.
Deathwalker's Arsenal Master Achievement
The Achievement requires Deathwalker to be equipped with a Common Tier 1 Weapon—Autocannons. This choice is not intentional.
Medals are not granted for healing
Medals are not given for healing allies with Salvor's Ability.
Implants don't increase Squad Power
Some Mech-specific Implants have no influence on Squad Power despite the fact they should add more Points.
Some Implants don't change the damage output
The Predator Drive DMG for Stalker and Blockhorn's Amp DMG Implants do not affect the actual Damage dealt in battle.
Watching sponsored videos may shift the screen UI
Sometimes, the UI elements shift down after watching sponsored ads.
Achievement rewards issue
After the achievement system update, the rewards for some already reached milestones might seem unclaimed. It's only a visual issue. The rewards were added to the account previously.
Exit gesture issue
It is impossible to leave the game with the button or "back" gesture on Android devices.

Mastery Engineer Achievement
If you've maxed out a certain Mech, you may still see an incomplete Mastery Engineer Achievement progression. This is only a visual issue: the overall number of Achievement Points is displayed correctly. They are credited to your account once you fulfill the Achievement's requirement.

Facebook login issue
When trying to log in to your game account with Facebook, you might face the "invalid_facebook_token" error message. In this case, please contact the Support Team. We'll be happy to help you solve the issue once we get to your inquiry.

When trying to purchase a special offer, you receive a notification asking you to finish your previous purchases.

Only one copy of the Weapon is available to equip
Not a bug! All Heavy Weapons (10-16 Energy Cost) are available in a single copy.
Still, you can increase the Equip Limit (receive a second copy) of such Weapons after their maximum Rank upgrade.
Rank vs Level of the Mech, Weapon, or Pilot
To upgrade 1 Rank of any Mech, Weapon, or Pilot, it is necessary to upgrade 7 Levels of the item in question.
