Squad Power is the sum of the Power Rating of all the Mechs in your Hangar. You can increase it by:
- Upgrading the Rank and Level of your Mechs
Mech upgrade
- Upgrading the Rank and Level of their equipped Weapons
Weapon upgrade
- Installing Pilots on your Mechs and upgrading them
Pilot upgrade
- Installing suitable Implants on your Pilots and upgrading them
