If your Mech Arena progress is linked to an email address you no longer wish to use, or if you made a typo during registration, you can update your login credentials.
The method for changing your email depends on whether you still have access to the current email address.
If you have access to the current email address
You can manually update your email address on plarium.com. This is the fastest way to secure your account with a new address.
1. Go to the official plarium.com website on your PC or mobile browser.
2. Log in using your current Plarium ID credentials.
3. Click on your Profile Icon and navigate to Settings.
4. Under the Account or Profile section, locate your email address.
5. Select the option to Change email and enter your new address.
6. Follow the confirmation instructions sent to your inbox to finalize the change.
If you do not have access to the current email address
Please contact us directly and provide the following verification information:
- Your Mech Arena ID
- Registration Date: The approximate date you created your Mech Arena account
- Purchase History: Screenshots of your last three purchases, if applicable
- Location: The country where your account was originally registered
- Current Email: The email address currently linked to the account
- New Email: The specific email address you want to connect to your game account
