Make sure to indicate your ID. It's under your nickname in the player profile. You can check this article for more details.
Also, you can log out of your current account and log in to another one or start a new game without disconnection. Here are instructions for mobile devices:
1. Tap on your avatar in the upper-left corner of the screen and go to the Connection tab.
2. Select the "Sign out" option. To start a new account, choose "Tap to Continue."

To log out of your account on Plarium Play, please follow these steps:
1. Click on your profile in the lower-left corner of the screen.
2. Choose the "Log Out" option.
3. Add a new account.
