Teaming up with other pilots is the best way to dominate the Arena. Here is everything you need to know about creating, joining, and managing a Clan! To unlock the Clan feature, whether you want to start your own or join an existing one, you must first reach League Division 8.
Joining or Creating a Clan
Navigate to the Clan List. On this screen, you can sort available Clans by Privacy, Power, or the number of Open Slots.
- Open Clans: If a Clan is Open and has not reached its Member Limit of 30, you can instantly become a Member by hitting the green icon next to it or by selecting the Clan and tapping "Join".
- Private Clans: If a Clan is Private, you must submit an Application to join. This application is manually checked and approved by the Clan Leader.

How to Create: Select "Create Clan" and choose a unique name, a 3-5 character Clan Tag (an abbreviation of your name), and set your privacy to Open or Private.
Clan Leaderboards & Stats
Once you are in a Clan, you can work together to climb the global ranks! The data for the top 100 Clans in the world is updated automatically at regular intervals across two main categories. Your Clan's global ranking is based on two main stats:
- Clan Power: The combined Inventory Power of all members. (Note: Inventory Power includes ALL Mechs and Weapons a player has unlocked, not just what is currently in their Hangar!)
- Weekly Clan Damage: The total damage dealt by all members during the week across all Battles (excluding Custom Matches).

Leadership & Disbanding
The player who creates the Clan is initially assigned the Clan Leader position.
Changing the Clan Leader
A new Clan Leader is automatically promoted from the existing members if one of two things happens:
- The current Clan Leader leaves their Clan.
- The current Clan Leader is inactive for more than 30 days and is removed from the Clan.
Note: New Clan Leaders are automatically selected based on two factors: their Inventory Power and their activity within the last 7 days.
Disbanding a Clan
Manual Disband: To manually disband a Clan, you must be the Clan Leader and the sole member of the Clan. Once all other members have left or been removed, select the exit button near your Clan ID in the My Clan tab. Clans are disbanded automatically when the last member leaves.
Automatic Disband: A Clan will also be automatically disbanded if a Clan Leader leaves while being the sole member (leaving no one to promote), or if no Clan Member has entered the game in the last 30 days.
