Deathwalker's Arsenal Master Achievement
The Achievement requires Deathwalker to be equipped with a Common Tier 1 Weapon—Autocannons. This choice is not intentional.
Blockhorn's Implants of different types don't stack together
Blockhorn Amp Zone DMG and Amp Zone Duration Implants cannot be equipped on the same Pilot.
Weapon Icons are too big
Some Weapon icons are too big when you view someone else's Hangar.
The Blockhorn's Barricade
The Blockhorn's Barricade remains throughout the battle, even after the Mech is destroyed. The issue is purely visual — the phantom Barricade doesn't affect the gameplay.
Watching sponsored videos may shift the screen UI
Sometimes, the UI elements shift down after watching sponsored ads.
Aegis is unable to set its Shield on the Smokestacks Map
The Aegis' Ability cannot be deployed on certain parts of the Map.
Mods animation of Power Rating
Animation of Power Rating change from previous Mech is mistakenly played when entering the Mods main window.
Blurry text in chat
Text gets blurry in the input box of the chat if the message is too long.
Clan Tags in the player lists in Battles
Clan tags are not visible in the player lists at the beginning of a Battle.
Achievement rewards issue
After the achievement system update, the rewards for some already reached milestones might seem unclaimed. It's only a visual issue. The rewards were added to the account previously.
Exit gesture issue
It is impossible to leave the game with the button or "back" gesture on Android devices.

Master Engineer Achievement
If you've maxed out a certain Mech, you may still see an incomplete Mastery Engineer Achievement progression. In this case, please contact the Support Team. We'll gladly help you solve the issue once we get to your request.
Negative balance after receiving resources
The rewards might be added to balance with a slight delay. If you spend resources immediately after receiving rewards, for example, after a video review, you might see that your balance turns negative. It's only a visual issue. In such cases, please restart the game, and the number of resources will be shown correctly.
Facebook login issue
When trying to log in to your game account with Facebook, you might face the "invalid_facebook_token" error message. In this case, please contact the Support Team. We'll be happy to help you solve the issue once we get to your inquiry.
No video from advertiser
If you receive such a pop-up, be sure that the option is not broken, and you will be able to watch more videos after a short period of time.
Unable to add friends, however, the displayed number is less than 100

Finalize Purchases
When trying to create a purchase in the Store, you receive a notification asking you to finish your previous purchases.
Please contact us. In your message, be sure to mention your game ID and a screenshot of the purchase confirmation you received via email when you created your purchase.

Only one copy of the Weapon is available to equip
Not a bug! All Heavy Weapons (10-16 Energy Cost) are available in a single copy.
Still, you can increase the Equip Limit of such Weapons after their maximum Rank upgrade.
Rank vs Level of the Mech, Weapon, or Pilot
To upgrade 1 Rank of any Mech, Weapon, or Pilot, it is necessary to upgrade 7 Levels of the item in question.
